Performance
Recommended for experimental and initial commercial use. Sensor testing by commercial grower was successful and met customer expectations. Correlation against the pressure bomb has not been tested, and irrigation thresholds are undeveloped. Recommend irrigating according to the sensor trend and past experience.
Known Issues
- Mango trees produce latex. This is generally not an issue, but can happen if the sensors are not installed deeply enough. If sensors begin to read zero for more than a couple of days, recommend reinstalling them.
